Clearly, everyone in our ‘hospitality community’ is keen to keep up-to-date on all the latest trends that are important to the Boutique and Lifestyle Lodging Industry.

That’s why we’re working on setting up a dedicated event on  Food Trends in Boutique & Lifestyle Hotels to take place at Postrio in the Prescott (a Kimpton Hotel),  San Francisco on January 14, 2011.  We’ll provide exclusive opportunities to meet some of the most influential experts in the field, including the key note speech from Elvis Restaino, renowned for designing for the rich and famous and on the cover of last months Architectural Digest Magazine.  You’ll have the chance to network with fellow professionals and experts, to then develop your strategy for 2011 with additional confidence and insight as to what guests want and the latest trends in food, kitchen design and restaurant equipment.
